123. - MUSTARD SAUCE
(Fr. Sauce Moutarde.)
Ingredients—
1 oz. Butter.
1 teaspoonful Flour.
1 teasp. dry Mustard.
1 teasp. Chili Vinegar.
1 gill Water.(1)
